I have always been a very active person, I played sports throughout high school, practiced martial arts since I was 5 years old and started lifting weights when I probably around 14 years old. When I got to college with no more sports this is really when I shifted my focus and really started taking weight lifting more seriously. Throughout the first couple years of my fitness journey I was really held back by much of the “bro science” that is out in the fitness world. No carbs after 6pm, chicken and rice for every meal, the list goes on and on. Even with these strangleholds I was able to make some progress in the gym but who knows where I would be now with optimal dietary and exercise programming. Since working with Peter I have seen my body change more in these 5 months than I have in the last 5 years. Having a coach who has a proven track record with countless amounts of successful athletes is priceless and then add on top that Peter is a successful natural bodybuilder is really encouraging for a coach-trainee relationship. Working with Peter has been an educational and motiving experience. I truly believe that in this sport consistency is the key to growth and that applies to your coach as well. Finding a coach early on and sticking with that person so crucial in order to build from show to show and year to year. Lucky for me I found a great coach in Peter early on in my bodybuilding career and that is one less variable I need to worry about.
