All Packages include initial macro and cardio guidelines with weekly updates and unlimited email communication. All emails will be answered within 24 hours unless otherwise notified.
For Training Packages, included will be the same as Nutrition and Cardio guidance, as well as programming throughout the duration of the contract. Training will be modified and updated as needed.
One-time Skype will include an hour-long Skype session with Peter Fitschen, MS, CSCS. Guidance will be provided for a plan going forward with the understanding that the client will continue their journey individually.

I first met Peter when my previous coach retired, and I began searching for a coach who not only trains natural athletes but also has a deep understanding of how a woman’s body works, adapts, and responds to training. In January, I began working with Peter to prepare me for a show I wanted to do in July. I decided on a 24 week prep knowing it would be a long one. Peter was very punctual with caloric adjustments and getting me started promptly. He answered many of my questions and helped me achieve new fat loss goals safely. He was very honest and objective to me when I needed it, especially when my weight would stall. My prep was very smooth and I was able to maintain my calories, which was very helpful in the last weeks of my prep. I started working with Peter in August 2023, when I was already a few months into my building season. Peter coached me through the rest of my build by programming my training and nutrition. We started prep on January 1, 2024 for my second competition season.
Peter's coaching led me to win my Pro Card as the Overall Bikini Champion at the NANBF Natural Iowa competition. A few weeks later I competed as a Pro and placed 2nd at the IPE North American/NANBF Mr. & Mrs. Natural Minnesota. To wrap up my season, I placed 2nd in Masters and Open at the Los Campeones Natural Cup.
I am so grateful for Peter's knowledge, expertise, and experience. Working through 3 shows together, we were able to learn how my body responded to food and activity, bringing an improved package to each contest.
I've heard other competitors express misgivings about their online coach and not once could I relate to their frustrations. Even on the rare instance that Peter couldn't attend one of my shows, I felt like he was with me because we were in communication all day. Peter has many clients but you wouldn't know it; he makes all of his clients feel like they are his only one. This is because of his thoughtful communication and commitment to making sure each client brings their best self to the stage. I started working with Peter in 2021 initially for a weight loss program. I had had my 3rd baby and was going on a trip, and wanted to lose some weight. I was able to drop 10-15 pounds and it kick started my passion for fitness and lifting again. I had been a previous bikini competitor from 2012-2015 and in 2022, I decided to compete again. Peter successfully got me ready for 2 shows that I competed and placed top 5 in after taking a 7 year break, and having 2 more babies. I took over a year off to try to build more muscle, knowing that I would eventually step on stage again. I started prepping again in January 2024 and because I hadn't gained as much weight, it was a slow weight loss process, which I knew was a good thing because it meant we didn't need to go to any weight loss extremes. Our goal was to lose 1 pound a week while keeping food as high as possible. With this plan, we were able to bring me in with the best bikini package I have ever had, even after having 3 kids. I was able to build muscle in that year and a half time frame and come in lean and full, placing me 2nd at the Mr Minnesota in my class and top 5 at the Los Camp Cup in masters and open, with a very stacked line up of bikini competitors.
I couldn't have done it without Peter's guidance and knowledge and I recommend him to anyone that is thinking about competing or just wants to drop some weight to feel better about themselves. His background and being a competitor himself, gives him an advantage to other coaches out there. He is responsive and listens and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure you feel on track and taken care of. We are now doing a reverse diet plan before our time is up, and already I feel like it's going to be an amazing off season, until I compete again. Thank you for everything!
In July 2023, I decided to compete for the first time ever, knowing little about the sport or what it truly entailed. After a friend referred me to Peter, everything changed. I was amazed by Peter’s expertise, especially seeing the precise results from him fine-tuning my macros to my specific needs. My prep was long, with a couple of months of maintenance in the middle, and throughout the entire process, Peter was always there for me without delay. Every check-in received a timely response and a professional, science-backed approach. Even when health issues and life’s stressors threw challenges my way, Peter was understanding and considered every factor when planning my week.
The results speak for themselves. We followed our plan exactly and competed in the three shows we targeted from the beginning. My first show was the Southern States Classic in Liberty, MO. Peter was with me every step of the way, ensuring I delivered my best performance to the judges. He advised me on when to pump up, what to eat, and helped calm my nerves. I won 1st place overall in Physique, earning my pro card, and secured 1st place in Novice Figure, nearly clinching 2nd place overall in a split decision.
My final show was my first pro competition, just 28 days after Liberty. Once again, Peter worked his magic, and I went on stage looking my absolute best. I swept the competition and won my first pro title in Women’s Physique!
I couldn’t have achieved any of this without Peter’s guidance from start to finish. He tailored a plan that fit my lifestyle, accommodating my GI issues, the demands of having three young children, and other life challenges. Despite not always being able to stick to a strict food-specific plan, I still saw ideal results. I truly believe Peter is one of the greatest nutrition coaches out there. Working with Dr. Peter Fitschen for six months was transformative. His attentiveness was exceptional, even though he had many clients on his roster. The diet requirements he provided were straightforward and easy to understand, making them simple to follow. He made precise macro adjustments based on my weight changes, ensuring my diet remained effective.
What stood out was his willingness to answer any questions I had, creating a supportive environment. His main goal was to help me succeed in my goal of dieting for my first bodybuilding show. Starting with Peter at 198lbs and dropping to a low of 169lbs, I achieved a steady week-to-week weight loss of 1lb-1.5lbs.
With his guidance, I placed in all three bodybuilding classes I signed up for. I got absolutely peeled while never going below 2500 calories per day and never had to cut sodium or water from the diet plan. After a long 15 year run in the world of strongman I had decided when I turned 40 I needed to lose some weight as I had consistently carried between 290-330lbs. at my heaviest in 2018 358lbs. I had tried to lose weight before and had lost a little weight here and there and never had success of keeping it off and never being able to drop below 265lbs since I was in my twenties. So in December of 2022 I got a hold of my local gym owner Mike Neumann since he was involved in the bodybuilding world and asked him if he knew of someone I should work with on my weight and he recommended Peter to me. A couple days later I emailed Peter and he set a call with me to talk about my background and my goals. I immediately signed up for nutrition with Fit Body Physique and Peter put a starting plan in place for me and I set a personal goal to commit to this and lose 50 pounds in 6 months. As we started and Peter taught me about macros, refeed days, glucose, glycogen I couldn't believe how much food I was able to eat and continue to lose weight. It was to the point where every morning I would spring out of bed to weigh myself because I knew the scale was gonna move the weight I wanted it to. I had eventually lost the 50lbs. in less than 100 days and we would continue forward to losing 100lbs. in 313 days. In 489 days Peter took me from 306lbs to stage ready in Green Bay Wi. for a bodybuilding competition where I had some success and ultimately lost to Jordan Arendt, another one of Peter's Clients. On another note Peter has always answered my phone calls and been rather quick to respond to questions to the point where I thought I was his only client. Can't say enough about Peter and Fit Body Physique and will continue to work with him and him only and would highly recommend him to anyone that needs help achieving their fitness goals.
I started working with Peter back in December of 2022. I had gotten as far as I could with i knowledge I had gain on my own about fitness and bodybuilding. My physique was declining that entire year and so was my mental health. So I finally decided to take the leap and hire Peter to help me achieve my physique goals with the intention of eventually stepping on stage.
I had an idea of the direction I wanted to go but needed Peter’s guidance in nutrition and training to get there, so we started off with a tear down & build up approach where we did a cut from December weighing 210lbs to May to get rid of excess body fat, then a lean bulk from May 2023 through October 2023 where my bulk ended at 213lbs targeting any weak points that were revealed after the cut.
After the bulk we target a show and then prepped from the end of October 2023 until May 4th 2024 where I stepped on stage at 181lbs and won both my class in heavyweight open Men’s bodybuilding and the overall in open men’s bodybuilding, winning my pro card in the NGA.
Peter is an amazing coach who has a ton of knowledge about training and nutrition. He’s always very quick to respond with any questions or concerns I may have about anything fitness related. He’s very courteous and even when I messed up on my plan he was very understanding and never made me feel bad about messing up. Instead he was always able to adjust the plan accordingly to help steer my back on course towards my goals. I’d would definitely recommend Peter to anyone looking to improve their health, looking to learn about what their body specifically needs as far as diet and training, or anyone looking to step on stage and compete in the future!
I’ve been working with Peter for about a decade. It all started with me, seeking out his advice and services after a poorly run first bodybuilding experience with a bro style approach. I worked with a coach that had me doing cardio seven days a week with fasted cardio and little to no food with limits on what foods I could eat and list of good foods versus bad foods and some body shaming style coaching.
When I came to Peter, I was looking for a healthier approach to fitness. Over the last decade I’ve done a show about every 3 to 5 years with long off seasons and mini cuts as necessary. During this time I’ve learned some really important life lessons about improving body composition and physique, being able to be strong and lift heavy in the gym, able to have a better relationship with food flexibility with food and not being rigid all of the time in the things we eat. Of course things get strict and hard during prep for everyone, however having a more healthy mindset year round and being able to have a long off-season to improve physique hormones and strength is imperative.
Peter has not only helped me with my physique and my bodybuilding goals but the lessons I’ve learned while working with Pete have also helped me to set other goals related to my personal and business goals as well. I work in the healthcare industry, and my job is extremely stressful and physically exhausting. To be able to train hard and build muscle has helped me to prolong my career and given me the mental strength to persevere and do better at all things. I may never be a pro bodybuilder, but I will say that I’m really proud to say that I do amateur bodybuilding and that I have a coach that’s one of the best in the country. I can’t imagine working with anyone else.
Peter and his wife, Amy make an effort that regardless if your a top pro client or if you’re an amateur such as myself that does this as a hobby to keep in shape and work on mental mental strength goals they come to shows. They sincerely care about their clients and are supportive of each persons individual needs. They don’t have a hidden agenda for fame or to get ahead. They are the real deal in an industry that can have some dark edges.
